Some Advice:

  1. 1 ½ hour before class our stomach must be empty from any food, sweets and milk or juice.
  2. If any child is sick it is for the best to come and watch the Class.
  3. The child's nutrition must be rich in vegetables, fruits, dairies and very much limited in sweets, fats, refreshments, snacks, etc.
  4. It would be better if the students didn't wear anything at all inside the dance uniform in order for them to be comfortable in their movements. They can have a jacket with them in case they get cold.
  5. Before class, all students should have visited the toilets.
