The course combines impressive acrobatic positions in the air (with the use of the hammock) and the principles of modern dance Release.
It is ideal for those who wish to strengthen their body, but also to indulge in the rhythm of music and contemporary dance.
Aerial Release is based on the exploration of contrasts. It focuses on the succession of movement, as achieved by switching levels. Throughout the course we learn to use and utilize our breath, beginning from warm-up and muscle strengthening exercises to our final choreography. Finally, in Aerial Release, a great contrast is created between grounding and "taking off" body and soul.
