Usually when we hear "ballet" we think of "tutus" (tullin skirts) and pointes (shoes that allow us to dance on the tips of our toes) with shapely bodies of dancers on stage.
The perception that classical ballet should enter our lives from a very young age makes us not prefer it as an alternative means of exercise and thus we are deprived of a wonderful experience of harmony and concentrated exercise!
Ballet builds muscles and gives the body plasticity and flexibility.
It also helps with correct body posture, aligns the spine and strengthens bone density.
In addition, it helps the cardiovascular system to work better, boosts metabolism and prevents obesity.
Ballet is the most difficult art, but also the most complete for training body, spirit and soul.
