The course combines impressive acrobatic positions in the air (using the hammock), and the principles of modern Release dance.
It is ideal for those who wish to strengthen their body but also let themselves go to the rhythm of music and modern dance.
Aerial Release is based on the exploration of contrasts. It focuses on the sequence of movement, as achieved by switching levels. Throughout the course we learn to use and exploit our breath, starting from the warm-up and muscle strengthening exercises until our final choreography.
In Aerial Release, finally, a great contrast is created between the grounding and the "taking off" of the body and soul.
