She graduated with honours from the Higher Professional School of Dance "Rallou Manou". She teaches in the Nursery of the School and undertakes the preparation of classes for the Higher Professional Dance Schools. She has studied Greek Literature in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She has attended Experiential Seminars of Music and Movement Education, Theatrical Play and an Acting Seminar (Euripides Laskaridis). Also, Seminars in: Gaga Movement dance (Matan David), choreography (Ermira Goro), inclusive education (Bruno Rodrigez), etc. She has attended the Erasmus Plus program in collaboration with the mixed dance group "Exis".
She is a Pilates Instructor of the "Mat Program" -"Magic Circle" - the Ultimate Pilates of Greece system, as well as an Aerial Yoga Instructor (Flying Beyond).
She has participated in Festivals such as: Festival of Greek Choreographers - Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation (2016), Contemporary Greek Dance Platform - Athens Concert Hall, 44th World Dance Festival - Veakeio Theater (2016), TEDx University of the Aegean - COSMOS with the project- performance " Here and Beyond", 6th Festival of Young Artists "The 12 Coupes", with the group INA, International Youth Dance Festival Macau China, where she represented Greece.
She was a member of Bettis Vytinarou's dance theater group "Cast" (2015 - 2017) with performances: Theater under the Bridge, Michalis Kakogiannis Foundation, Saras Open Theater. Collaboration with the dance group of Pavlos Kourtidis with the performance "GENOKTONIA" (2018-19). She is currently an active member of the mixed contemporary dance group "Dagipoli" in collaborations with theaters and events: Alkmini Theater, Synchrono Theater, Odeon Herodos Attikou, Manos Hadjidakis as well as in festivals of Paralympic Federation.
She teaches music-kinetic training, ballet (Vaganova system), contemporary (release), pilates (mat), aerial yoga.
