Specialized Pilates Instructor, graduate of the Higher Professional School of Dance of Despina Grigoriadou, with postgraduate studies in the field of Dance Therapy, she successfully completed her studies in the field of Sociology at Panteion University.
In 2017-2018 she performed the Dance Workshop for Roma and other ethnic minority children in the educational context of the Greek National Opera (GNO) Alternative Stage.
She studied with essential dance teachers such as Kallina Bogoeva, Liza Bashova, Persa Stamatopoulou, Maro Grigoriou, Maria Tsouvala, etc.
She has been taught classical, modern and contemporary dance - in the Vaganova, Limon-Release and Cunningham systems.
Broadening her studies in Dance, she attended classical and neoclassical dance seminars in London with Zina Mamedova, Raymond Chai, Sami Russell, Torry Trotter.
She studied in the prestigious School of Musical Theatre - Musical Theater- Musical Arts On Stage (former Stagecoach) and continued her training in combining Performing Arts.
She attended acting lessons with Yiota Koundouraki at the Mikro Polytechneio Seminars' Private School.
She has participated in many musical, dance and physical theatre performances both in London and Greece, collaborating with international and Greek choreographers such as Lennie Charles (Colet House Theatre), Maria Miguel Rodriguez (Barbican Center, The Place), Anastasia Apaeleftheriadou (Stour Art Gallery), Roula Koutroubeli (Alkmini Theatre), Fanis Kafousias (War Museum Theatre), Ismini Motou (Priestess - Zappeion Megaron) as well as her collaboration with the group 'Syn-kinisi' at the 3rd International Street Theatre Festival organized by the Municipality of Athens (2011).
